Revelation 13:1-3 First Beast

In Daniel chapter 7 and chapter 2 I pointed out reasons why I don’t believe Daniel’s fourth beast is the Roman Empire because the description don’t fit the Roman Empire and the fourth beast exists until Jesus Christ returns. I always teach and believe the Bible is a progressive revelation. By this I mean you cannot take one Bible verse and build a doctrine on it. For any subject we must go through the Bible and as we do we will learn more about the subject which in this case is Daniel’s fourth beast. Let us look at Revelation 13:1-3 verses.

RE 13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

John saw the same Beast coming from the same Sea which Daniel called the “Great Sea” and what we call the “Mediterranean Sea.” In Daniel the fourth Beast only had 10 horns but now we see John gave us more information. This same also had 7 heads and there is a reason the 7 heads is shown now by John, which I will present in another message. Besides the 7 heads we see the 10 horns had a crown upon each horn. As we know in the Bible a crown represents a Nation or a King and the end time beast will have ten nations that will rule with the Beast for a short time. I will present in another post where in the Bible we can find those 10 horns and what nations are they today.

RE 13:2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

John gives a description of the Beast with 7 heads and 10 horns. This beast was like unto a “Leopard, a Bear, and a Lion.” According to Daniel the Leopard is the Greek Empire; Bear is the Persian-Mede Empire; and The Lion is the Babylon Empire. Notice each of those Empires rose from the Great Sea area and if the fourth beast is the Roman Empire than why isn’t it mentioned as an Eagle since that was the Roman Empire Emblem.

If this Beast was the Roman Empire as some claims there should had been an Eagle along with the other 3 Empires or at least something showing there were 4 Empires from Daniel. If the Fourth Beast isn’t the Roman Empire and will not be in existence until the end time than it is understandable why the fourth beast wasn’t mentioned on this Beast but it is actually the end time Beast which isn’t the Roman Empire since that beast isn’t existing now.

RE 13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

Notice one of the seven heads were wounded to Death. Other words he had a death wound but the head survived. The wound didn’t kill the head but it weaken it. A deadly wound is not a fatal wound. In another post I will talk about the 7 heads and what they are according to Scriptures. How was the Head wounded? I will talk about this later.

RE 13:4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

Verse four Said people will worship Satan and the Beast. When they worship the Beast they are actually worshiping Satan.

The Two Horn Lamb

Second Beast

RE 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. —

There are many opinions on who is this Second Beast. A couple is the Papacy or the USA but Revelation 19:20 lets us know this second beast is the false prophet which than could be the Pope as I used to think until God told me to forget all I know and take his word literally which when I did I knew it wasn’t the Pope or any of the other opinions I had heard or read about. Let us examine the above verse closely.

This second beast came from the earth which will be the land area of the Great Sea. He had two horns like a Lamb. We all know a Lamb represents Jesus Christ in the Scriptures but this lamb spoke as a dragon which the Scriptures tells us is Satan. Jesus Christ taught us there will be false prophets wearing Sheep Clothing but inwardly they are “Raving Wolves” and this false prophet fits Christ’s description of a False prophet perfectly.

Muslims believes in Jesus and that he was born of a Virgin as we do; but that is the only part of their beliefs we agree on. The rest of their beliefs about Jesus are different than ours. I will not go into complete details on all their beliefs but they believe their Jesus was not crucified but was caught up by their allah to heaven and he is still there now. As you know I believe the antichrist is a Muslim Mahdi and the Muslims’ beliefs are when their Mahdi appeared than their Jesus will return from heaven and support the Mahdi in converting the world to Islam.

Notice I said their Jesus and not our Jesus Christ. I said that because some people trying to find fault with my post reads into what I said and tell me that Jesus Christ will not help the Mahdi, which I never said the Christian Jesus Christ will help a Mahdi. When asked to show where I said that they don’t show where but will either attack me or attack something else in my post.

RE 13:12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. — RE 13:13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, — RE 13:14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. — RE 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

The 2 Horns on the Lamb represents Christianity and Islam. Everyone in the world has heard of Jesus Christ and the Miracles he performed. As I said Muslims believes their Jesus will come back to convert everyone to their Mahdi and Islam, including the Christians. Satan knows Jesus Christ and what better way than to have a False Prophet posing as Christ and doing Miracles before the world and pointing everyone to their Mahdi and Islam. Think about what I am saying! What better way than to convince the world to convert to their Mahdi and Islam? Here is a person claiming to be The Christian Jesus Christ and doing mighty miracles and creating an Image of the Beast and causing the Image to speak and the whole world will wonder. If anyone refuses to worship the Beast they will be killed.

This same person is supposedly the Christian’s Jesus Christ and pointing everyone to Islam will fit the lamb with 2 horns because the 2 horns represent Christianity and Islam and if we understand the Muslims’ End Time Beliefs.

Daniel’s Man Image

Looking at the Fourth Beast in Daniel 7 I took the Bible literally exactly as it is written showing the Great Sea is our Mediterranean Sea. Even with the Map I showed there will be many rejecting the Biblical fact of the Mediterranean Sea and Great Sea are the same seas because of some Scholar they been following for years which shows me they are following men and not God’s exact true wording. They will deny they are following men but when it is mentioned there are Scholars just as educated as their Scholars they claimed the other Scholars are wrong because they supposedly checked out their Scholars which is their way of saying they don’t check out the other Scholars. Well we are about to look at the Man Beast In Daniel Chapter 2 and I will take the exact wording of the Bible again.

DA 2:40 And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.

DA 2:41 And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters’ clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay. –- DA 2:42 And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken. –- DA 2:43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay. –- DA 2:44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

DA 2:45 Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.

The Head of Gold was Babylon, The Chest and Arms of Silver was the Persian-Mede Empire and the Belly and Thighs of Brass was the Greek Empire. Notice in Daniel Seven the first three empires are the same as the first three parts of the Man Image. Therefore the Fourth Empire on the Man Image is also the Fourth 10 Horn Beast in Daniel 7. Daniel said in Verse 40 concerning the Man Image “the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.” — There are no other kingdoms mentioned after the fourth Beast on the Man Image. –- The fourth kingdom continues until the Stone was cut out of the Mountain putting an end to it and all of Man’s Empires. –- Therefore this fourth Kingdom is an End Time Kingdom and notice the Description of this fourth Kingdom is exactly the same Description of Daniel’s fourth Beast in Chapter 7 and the Kingdom’s end comes about the same way in both Chapters!

There is no Contradiction in the Bible. The Ten Toes on the Man Image are the ten horns on Daniel’s fourth Beast. When the fourth Kingdom or Beast comes into existence it will continue until Christ comes back and put an end to it and as Daniel said in the seventh chapter until his body is cast into the burning fire. –- Notice Daniel dwelt more on the Feet and Ten toes of the Man Image showing they were important.

As I stated before the description of the Fourth Kingdom in Chapter 2 and the Fourth Beast in Chapter 7 don’t fit the Roman Empire. The Fourth Empire must continue until the coming of Christ and the Roman Empire don’t exist now. –- I had some argued some of the Empire influence is still with us today but so is the influence of the Greek Empire with us today so that is a straw grasping argument. –- Another argument is there were supposedly 10 nations coming off the Roman Empire and all those 10 nations were in Europe but when I did a check I learned some of those supposed nations are actually the same people and one is the name of a star. –- Problem is they are are copying from each other and I noticed that in many Scholars today. The 4 blood moons are one example and the alignment of the planets on September 23 2017 was supposed to be the fulfilling of Revelation 12 which also didn’t fit the description of Revelation 12. — Also what are they going to do with the Eastern part of the Roman Empire? The Eastern Part of the Roman Empire existed about 1000 Years longer when these supposed 10 horns appeared in the Western Empire. None of their claims fits History.

Another thing too. The Fourth Beast had 10 horns while it existed and not after it felled. The same with the ten toes on the man image. Both existed at the time the fourth kingdom existed and not after it was destroy or ceased to exist. —- Last as I showed the four kingdoms came from the area of the Mediterranean Sea and Italy has 3 seas around it and not one was the Mediterranean Sea! Some claimed the European Union is the revived Roman Empire but that can’t be correct because its Head Quarters is in Brussels and not Rome.

I know some will reject this but how about taking one point I made and refute it instead of just saying I am wrong. Prove I didn’t stay with the Bible and your Scholars are staying with the Bible!

Daniel’s Great Sea

Daniels Great Sea

DA 7:2 Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea.

DA 7:3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.

DA 7:17 These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth.

In Verse 3 Daniel saw four Great Beasts coming from the Sea but in Verse 17 those same Beasts rises from the Earth. Is there a contradiction? Answer is definitely not! In Verse 17 the word translated Earth means Dry Land and in Verse two it gives us the location of the dry land. Other words the four beasts will rise from the land area of the Great Sea.

RE 17:15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

Some people spiritualize Scriptures by taking one Scripture out of context and adding it to another Scripture out of Context. Using the verse in Revelation they interpret the Great Sea as nations and therefore the four Beasts will come from the nations of the world. Two things wrong with this interpretation. First is the Greek for Waters is a Plural noun while the Hebrew for Great Sea is a singular noun.

Keep in mind Daniel was writing to people knowing exactly what was the Great Sea. If we know the Modern name of the Great Sea than we will know what area the four Beasts will rise. This will help us in our studies on the End Time Beast which is actually the Fourth Beast in Daniel 7.

The Great Sea is what we call the Mediterranean Sea and the Bible supports this. Let us look at a few Verses proving what I am saying. — NU 34:6 And as for the western border, ye shall even have the Great Sea for a border: this shall be your west border. — West of Israel is the Mediterranean Sea. — JOS 1:4 From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the Great Sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast. — The going down of the Sun is in the west showing the Great Sea is the western Border of Israel which is the Mediterranean Sea today. — [other verses for consideration. — Joshua 9:1 and Ezekiel 47:10] — Here is a Link to a Map. Now we know all four Beasts will come from the land area of the Mediterranean Sea and they won’t come from America, Europe, or Italy as many Scholars teaches today. Daniel gave us the first Three Beast throughout his book and they were the Babylon Empire, Persia-Mede Empire, and the Greek Empire and they all came from the land of the Mediterranean Sea and the Fourth Beast will come from that area too regardless what others claims. NoticeDaniel never told us who was the Fourth Beast as he did the other three.

DA 7:4 The first was like a lion, and had eagle’s wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man’s heart was given to it. — DA 7:5 And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh. — DA 7:6 After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it.

The above three verses are the first 3 beasts and these 3 verses are the only Verses dedicated to the first three empires. Rest of Chapter 7 is dedicated to the fourth beast. Why was the majority of Chapter 7 dedicated to the fourth Beast and as we look at the man image why was the majority of the Verses in Chapter 2 dedicated to the legs, feet and ten toes? As we read both chapters we will learn the legs and ten toes and the fourth beast are the same beast which will be existing at the time Christ returns with the Church.
